Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Our goal is to have your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Please allow for 3 - 4 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping with a guaranteed 1-5 delivery time. Expedited Shipping is available upon request.
Q. Can I receive a refund?
A. All sales are final. For any concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Support Team at CustomerSupport@xclusiveleigh.com. Please allow 2 business days for response.

Standard processing times is between 2-4 business days , Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm EST. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Processing times ARE NOT included in the delivery time. Please order accordingly.
